*The Lihue Aiki Kai will hold the Kauai Aikido Expo 2007 on September 29th and 30th. This year will feature guest instructor Alan Nagahisa sensei from The Aikido Ohana. The seminar flyer in PDF format is available here.

Lihue Aiki Kai, established in 1994, is a 501(c) (7) non-profit organization which promotes the philosophy and practice of traditional Aikido. The Lihue Aiki Kai is affiliated with Aikido of Honolulu and the Aikido World Headquarters, Tokyo, Japan. Contributions are tax deductible.

Wesley Shimokawa

Shimokawa Sensei, a sixth degree blackbelt, began training in Aikido in 1965. He has been teaching since 1981.

Instructor:

Alexander Tripp

Tripp Sensei, 6th degree black belt, has more than 30 years experience in Aikido and Karate.
